What’s new
in PolyDev.

Update notice. The app tells you at launch when a new version is available.

Reply language. A new setting lets you choose the language the agent answers in.

Drafts are kept. Text you typed but did not send stays in the input when you leave a chat and come back.

Smoother launch. An animated launch screen that matches the system one, and a short animated greeting in an empty chat.

Terminal. bash installs in the background, the agent knows which shell it has, and the commands the agent runs show up in the terminal as a log.

Session stats. The session stats show how many steps the agent took and why.

Cost guard. A turn that burns through a very large amount of prompt tokens pauses instead of running away.

Fonts. Choose an app font preset: Modern, Classic, Editorial, Mono or System.

Account deletion. You can delete your account from inside the app.

Usage statistics switch. Anonymous usage statistics can be turned off in Settings.

Agent efficiency. Lower token use through prompt caching and a project map, and cleaner chat with recovered internal errors hidden.

Session stats dialog. A new dialog with the numbers for your session.
