Terms of Use

By using the PolyDev app (the "App"), developed by xApi Devs, an independent developer ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of service

The App is an on-device AI coding agent for mobile: it edits files, runs a real terminal, previews the running app, and can deploy projects to Vercel and Cloudflare Pages.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• The App offers paid tiers (Pro, Ultra) with auto-renewal through the App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your App Store/Google Play account and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions can only be managed and cancelled through your device's App Store/Google Play settings — the app itself cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• If a tier includes a free trial, the full price will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's own policies, not directly by us.

3. User responsibilities

• You provide and are solely responsible for your own AI provider API keys, GitHub/Vercel/Cloudflare access tokens, and any costs you incur with those providers.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable law and not to violate the terms of any third-party service you connect (GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, or your chosen AI provider).
• You are solely responsible for the code and content you create, store, or publish through the App.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the code, projects, and content you create in the App belong to you. We claim no rights to your content.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits.

7. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
